How long does production take?
Most orders are ready in 7–14 business days after proof approval. Rush orders may be available — contact us.
What is proof approval?
Before we print, you receive a final visual proof. Once you approve, we create exactly that design. Please check spelling and dates carefully.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Personalized items are made to your specifications. Before proof approval you can request changes. After approval and production start, returns are generally not possible for custom-made goods — see our Terms of Service.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We offer local pickup where available and shipping across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What languages can I use on my mirror?
English, Arabic, and Dari/Persian. We provide a quote library you can edit.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund if the damage occurred in transit.
