Returns & custom orders

Because our products are personalized, returns are limited. Before proof approval you may request design changes. After you approve the proof and production begins, orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned unless required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
